Beutiful and healthy Elbows and Knees

Elbow and knees are part of our body which have darker tendencies compare to the other part of our body . And sometimes we just forget to take care of these part, so its become rude than other part. Surely this will make us discomfort.
So Here are bellow the steps :
  1. Clean Elbows or knees using Pumice Brush, Rub them gently to remove the dirt and oil.
  2. Moisturize on the area after cleaning the area with a scrub or pumice brush. Do this activity regularly.  We can also use natural remedies such as olive oil or Vitamin Oil. apply the oil on the area after cleansing. Using moisturizer on elbows and knees can soften these area, make sure you do it regularly. and don't forget use moisturizer which is contained olive oil and vitamin E.
  3. Another way Rub elbow and knee with the skin of the lime on will help remove dark spots. after rubbing leave it for few minutes and then rinse with water. Lime can help to fade the dark patches while smoothing the skin.
  4. peeling the knees and elbow's skin to keep them looking good, we can do it  once a month. we can use coarse salt which is mixed with little water as peeling formula. Then rinse. But if your skin is a sensitive skin, you better not using this formula.
  5. Using sunscreen to protect the skin from sunray, this will help to prevent dry skin and cracks.

Smoothing Face Skin with Alvocado

Dry facial skin can be caused by the influence of external factors, such as weather and environment, makes us feel uncomfortable because it makes the face look dull. Should be healed immediately, we could use a lot of face treatment products in the market or it could be with a natural way. Naturally we can take advantage of Avocado. Avocado not only has good taste but also beneficial to moisturize and smooth the skin?. Avocado is good for the skin because it contains vitamins A, C, E, iron, potassium, niacin, pantotenik acid and protein, because it's very good for moisturizing dry skin and give alot of nutrition for the skin. Avocados can make your face healthy and beautiful. 

Below are the step : 
Take the pulp of the avocado that is contain humectants to hold moisture and skin. 
1.Rub gently on your face and leave 15 minutes. 
2. Rinse face with cold water. 
3. Do routine at night before you sleep. 

You can see the results, the skin is more moist, and chewy lovely, make-up even more durable your facial. Substances contained in the avocado is useful for beauty and skin care. Avocado contains about 70% water, 20% fat and 10% organic minerals. It also contains protein and vitamins A, B, B1, B2, E and C, 
beta-carotene, linoleic acid, lecithin, calcium, iron, pantothenic acid, potassium, phosphorus, niacin and natural plant oils. Avocados also be used as a cleansing milk, half-way with a smooth ripe avocado and mix with 1 egg yolk and half a cup of milk. Stir well. Apply on the face as a milk cleanser, then use a toner according to your skin type.

Six ways to reduce Cellulite

Cellulite occurs because of the fat under the skin. The less fat then the cellulite less visible. Diet and exercise play an important role in reducing cellulite. There are several ways you can do to reduce cellulite.


First, if you want to reduce cellulite then you need to detoxify your body, especially the liver and colon, does not consume much salt or fat and drink plenty of water. Rich in nutrients such as soy meal, blueberries and nuts meal. Make sure you get the glucosamine, vitamin B and essential fatty acids. Onion is also an excellent food to combat cellulite. Onions are a natural water retention function for a diuretic that is released from skin cells.



Second, exercise to lose weight, fat on legs and buttocks also need to be lowered. Do specific exercises to increase muscle mass in your thighs like walking, cycling, climbing stairs, yoga and pilates. if you have more muscle than fat will make cellulite disappear. Muscles will stretch the skin and make skin look more toned.
Third, to increase circulation and break down fat, doing a massage to problematic areas. You can also use a body brush or exfoliating bath  to help improve circulation. Use aromatherapy oils in your bath to stimulate your circurlation system, such as Sage Oil, pine, and juniper or other oil with cellulite reduction function.

Fourth, Wearing stockings will also help combat and reduce cellulite, especially the formation of the contours of your thighs. stockings compress fat and help your circulation. There are many kinds of stockings were sold for the purpose of reducing fat.

Fifth, put on a mask to the body at home with coffee and seaweed to help reduce cellulite. Take warm coffee and rub in troubled areas, wrap with moist seaweed (can be purchased at health food stores) and then cover with plastic wrap. Keep the wrap for about half an hour. then rinse in the shower. Massage your thighs while you rinse.
Sixth, Using a commercial product you can buy to help fight cellulite. If you have a lot of money for body treatments, especially cellulite, there are many good cellulite reduction methods in the Spa.

Cellulite may never completely disappear but at least you can minimize and make your thighs look smoother.
