So Here are bellow the steps :
- Clean Elbows or knees using Pumice Brush, Rub them gently to remove the dirt and oil.
- Moisturize on the area after cleaning the area with a scrub or pumice brush. Do this activity regularly. We can also use natural remedies such as olive oil or Vitamin Oil. apply the oil on the area after cleansing. Using moisturizer on elbows and knees can soften these area, make sure you do it regularly. and don't forget use moisturizer which is contained olive oil and vitamin E.
- Another way Rub elbow and knee with the skin of the lime on will help remove dark spots. after rubbing leave it for few minutes and then rinse with water. Lime can help to fade the dark patches while smoothing the skin.
- peeling the knees and elbow's skin to keep them looking good, we can do it once a month. we can use coarse salt which is mixed with little water as peeling formula. Then rinse. But if your skin is a sensitive skin, you better not using this formula.
- Using sunscreen to protect the skin from sunray, this will help to prevent dry skin and cracks.
